I understand and acknowledge that horse riding is a dangerous activity.

I understand and acknowledge that horses can act in a sudden and unpredictable way I understand that injury or death may result from horse riding activities including the ride I am about to participate in.

I understand, acknowledge and agree that I ride at my own risk.

I understand, acknowledge and agree, In the event of any accident that may occur I shall not hold Chifley Equine Centre or its staff responsible.

I understand, acknowledge and agree if any staff member has the authority to demand that any rider bringing danger to the horse, themselves, or any other riders will dismount immediately. Any refusal will result in immediate removal from the horse and no refund will be given.

I understand, acknowledge and agree, If I ride un-escorted it is at my own risk at all times and Chifley Equine Centre will not be held liable for any accidents or injuries.

I understand, acknowledge and agree that I will wear the helmet and boots provided (or my own which is currently at the standard safety level) at all times while riding and around the horses.

I understand, acknowledge and agree that I will not drink alcohol or take prohibited drugs before or during this ride.

I understand, acknowledge and agree, I will not use my phone or take photos on my phone while on the horse.

Effect of this document: I understand that ticking this box constitutes a complete release of all liability to the proprietors of Chifley Equine Centre and its employees to the greatest extent possible in the event of me/the children under my care suffering injury or death.
