If you're new to riding, Our horse riding lessons, you will have the chance to interact with and learn from experienced instructors who possess a wealth of knowledge about horses and riding techniques. They will guide you through the fundamental aspects of horsemanship.

As you become more comfortable in the saddle, your instructor will introduce you to essential riding skills such as balance, posture, and control.

The lesson will take place in a controlled and safe environment, within our arena or designated riding area. This setting ensures that both you and the horse can focus on the lesson without distractions, allowing for a more effective learning experience. Your instructor will carefully select a horse that matches your skill level and temperament, ensuring a harmonious partnership that promotes trust and confidence.

Throughout the lesson, you will be guided through a series of exercises and activities tailored to your abilities and goals. These exercises may include practicing basic riding maneuvers such as walking, trotting, and cantering, navigating obstacles, performing turns and transitions, or even engaging in more advanced techniques such as jumping or dressage. With each lesson, you will steadily progress in your riding skills, building a solid foundation of horsemanship that can be applied in various equestrian disciplines.

Questions

All riders will be asked to sign a current liability waiver before riding and are available via email and to be sent back prior to your lesson or brought with you at the time of your lesson.

 

All lesson times include mounting, and dismounting and a safety gear check.
